We're Hiring : Customer Service Consultant

Location : Plaza Sentral, near to KL Sentral

Onboarding Date : 23rd September 2025

Industry : Customer Support | Retention | Collections

Salary Package

  • Basic Salary : Up to RM2,500
  • Rewards & Recognition (RNR) : RM200
  • Commission : Up to RM1,000 (Performance-Based)

Working Hours

  • 5-Day Work Week (Rotational Basis)
  • 2 Days Off Weekly
  • Shift Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
  • Coverage : Monday to Sunday
  • Training Period : 2 Weeks (Fully Provided)
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Engage professionally with customers via inbound and outbound calls to provide effective support and solutions.
  • Recover outstanding payments based on credit classifications and debt aging.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in line with company policies and service standards.
  • Promote, cross-sell, and upsell products, packages, and service upgrades.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

  • A proactive, target-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or collections is an added advantage
  • Job Types : Full-time, Contract

    Contract length : 12 months

    Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
