Penerangan pekerjaan5-Day Work Week (Rotational Basis) 2 Days Off Weekly Shift Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM Coverage : Monday to Sunday Training Period : 2 Weeks (Fully Provided) Engage professionally with customers via inbound and outbound calls to provide effective support and solutions. Recover outstanding payments based on credit classifications and debt aging. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in line with company policies and service standards. Promote, cross-sell, and upsell products, packages, and service upgrades. Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills A proactive, target-driven mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service, sales, or collections is an added advantage Opportunities for promotion Professional development
