Processing Executive

Location : Petaling Jaya

Working Hours : Australian / Malaysian

What will you be doing?

Processing Executive is an individual contributor with specific skill in any process or sub-process. Able to apply that knowledge to support the KBS operations and specific projects with the unit for documentation, training, testing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create, maintain and administer data for Maintenance Process (Contract Administration, Billing, Back Reporting, Reporting & Customer Portal)
  • Ensure data input is correctly completed
  • Execute requester data entry / modification upon approval
  • Register & process incoming / outgoing documents on time
  • Daily reconciliation & corrective actions
  • Log issues and escalate when required
  • Deliver input for proper reporting & KPI's
  • Act as super user on process / application level
  • Support process documentation & improvement activities

Are you the one?

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting or relevant background
  • 1–2 years' SAP experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Service mindset & able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge in Power Automate is a plus
  • Able to adapt to Australian / Malaysian working hours

    • Job Type : Contract

    Contract length : 12 months

    Pay : RM3, RM3,200.00 per month
