Position Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and identifying potential brand partnership opportunities and industry trends.
- Support the preparation of partnership proposals, pitch decks, and post-campaign reports.
- Coordinate timelines and liaise with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, design) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas for brand activations, events, and app push notifications.
- Help track, compile, and analyse campaign performance data from multiple channels (retail, app, social media, DOOH).
- Provide administrative and logistical support for campaign execution and on-ground events.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
Qualifications and Experiences
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.Creative thinker with good attention to detail and design sensibility.Highly-organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.Bonus : Experience with Canva, basic design tools, or data visualisation platforms (e.g., Flourish).
