Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

The Lending Product Owner will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our lending products. This includes ideation, development, implementation, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the financial services industry, with specific expertise in lending products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our lending solutions meet the needs of our customers and align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for lending products
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs

Product Development

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high‑quality lending products.
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories
  • Ensure timely and efficient product development through agile methodologies
  • Oversee product testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure products meet quality standards

    • Customer Focus

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve lending products
  • Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly

    • Performance Monitoring and Optimization

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to optimize product performance and drive growth

    • Work Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on deposit products
  • Strong understanding of digital banking and fintech trends
  • Experience leading product development initiatives from ideation to launch, with a customer‑centric mindset and a data‑driven approach
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Results‑oriented mindset, with a focus on driving business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
