Generate leads, execute and convert it into opportunities Follow-up with potential clients and strengthening the business relationship Deliver highest level of sales and customer service to our clients Sales Closing / drive deals to closure in the business environment Prospect, create and maintain relationships with clients Study and penetrate current market trends in telecommunication industry Achieve given Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in Sales and Traffic Represents company in local events and networking Job Description

Enterprise and Wholesale Account Management Manage accounts which involves account set up, interconnection, and route testing Manage buying and selling routes, estimate and decide on healthy margin Approach new providers / partners / clients for interconnection Assist clients in route queries and sender id registration Assist in simple troubleshooting, attend to queries, complaints and non-major technical issues Keep the pricing updated all the time Willingness to be assigned for ad-hoc task / projects Job Summary

Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision Passionate towards achieving goals and targets Flexible and open to new job knowledge High levels of personal drive, a resilient character, strong team player, problem solver, can do attitude and positive mindset Good command of English language (written and verbal) Basic technical knowledge in telecommunication industry is preferable. Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a diverse team Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous Strong sense of urgency when it comes to problem solving and dealing with clients Seniority level
