Job Description

Support sales manager in managing day-to-day assigned sales territory accounts and to ensure efficient usage of resources.

Prepare and implement sales action plans (e.g. plan sales routes, make regular calls / visits, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses / territories.

Provide timely feedback to sales manager on the execution of sales action plans and development areas.

Execute sales activities for assigned businesses / territories.

Work along with marketing team for exhibitions and any company events.

Prepare and / or review quotations, proposals and contracts to facilitate sales agreements. Monitor competitors' activities / products and ensure to provide comprehensive feedback to sales manager regarding the competition in assigned sales territory.

Recommend practical actions and execution plans to counter competitions for sales manager review.

Prepare sales reports and report projected sales / margin forecasts.

Track and highlight unusual increases / decreases in customer demand.

Prepare & present sales pipelines for bi-weekly sales meetings.

Coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc.

Initiate discussion with delayed payment customers. Investigate, resolve and log customer issues and advise on follow-up actions with external & internal stakeholders.

Maintain relationships with customers by managing and interpreting their requirements.

Follow up with customers, respond to queries and obtain further orders.

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers.

Ability to conduct high-impact sales presentations and negotiate contracts.

Willing to travel for sales visitation.

Prioritize thorough preparation before sales visits, including familiarizing yourself with product information, the company catalog, brochures, and comprehending the customer's workflow process to make informed suggestions.
