Human Resource Internship July Intake (Contract 3-6 months)

About the role

Anytime Fitness Malaysia | Inspire Brands Capital is seeking a talented and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team on a contract basis for 3-6 months. As a Human Resource Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and contributing to the strategic growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding of new hires.
• Providing support in maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and administering benefits.
• Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving HR processes and employee engagement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.
