Overview

Medilin Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our healthcare team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding healthcare environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are clean, organised, and well-stocked
  • Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling phone inquiries
  • Assisting healthcare professionals with various clinical tasks, as directed
  • Maintaining inventory and ordering medical supplies as needed
  • Upholding strict standards of hygiene and safety protocols
  • Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for patients

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role, preferably in a medical clinic or hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and healthcare professionals in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using medical software, electronic health records, and other relevant technology
  • A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • A positive, patient-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
