HIRING : Customer Onboarding Executive

Location : Ara Damansara, Selangor (Near Lrt)

Qualification : Minimum SPM

Role : Customer Support (Voice – Calls)

Job Highlights :

Handle inbound & outbound calls for StarHub customers

Assist with customer onboarding : service activation, account setup & troubleshooting

Provide professional and friendly customer support

Training provided – fresh graduates welcome

Requirements :

Minimum SPM qualification

Preferably able to speak Mandarin (added advantage)

Good communication in English

Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends & public holidays

Positive attitude & customer-first mindset

Prior call centre / customer service experience is an advantage (but not required)

Salary & Benefits : Basic : RM3,100
