Overview
Ensure that the quality of products or services meets customer requirements and standards. They are responsible for developing and implementing quality control plans, monitoring quality issues during the production process, and assisting in resolving these issues. Through the work of quality engineers, product or service defects can be reduced, customer satisfaction improved, and company costs and risks lowered.
Responsibilities
Process Control and Improvement
- Responsible for production process control and product quality during production.
- Formulate QC engineering tables, inspection cards, and in-process inspection procedures; supervise the implementation by inspection personnel.
- Responsible for statistical analysis and reporting of process control data.
- Investigate and handle internal quality incidents.
- Conduct SPC (Statistical Process Control) and GRR (Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility) analysis.
- Prepare and analyze daily and monthly quality reports.
- Responsible for controlling hazardous substances (ROHS) in the production process.
Personnel and Training Management
Education, training, and management of QC personnel and related courses.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above; major in chemical engineering or electrochemistry is preferred.Good communication skills; problem analysis and solving abilities; coordination and teamwork skills; comprehensive quality management techniquesFamiliarity with quality management methods.More than 3 years of experience in quality management; proficient in applying the seven QC tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
