Responsibilities
- Designing and coding Web / Windows‑based software modules
- Performing unit testing to meet quality standards
- Identifying and fixing bugs within the stipulated time frame
- Providing technical solutions to customer support within the SLA period
- Writing detailed software module documentation, including design specifications, technical user guides, and reference manuals
