KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, target and win new business across the global Post, Parcel and Logistics sectors
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing
- Develop and execute a robust new business strategy aligned with the company’s global growth objectives
- Maintain a dynamic pipeline of high value prospects using modern tools and techniques
- Build compelling proposals, pitch decks and solution presentations tailored to prospect pain points
- Attend key industry events, trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build visibility
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to align solutions
with market demands and prospect needs
Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reporting to senior leadershipMUST HAVE
5–10+ years of proven success in a senior sales role with a strong emphasis on new business developmentA minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related fieldDeep knowledge of the Post, Parcel and / or broader Logistics industries, with an existing global network a strong plusDemonstrable experience of closing high-value, complex B2B deals in international marketsHighly self-motivated, autonomous and comfortable working in fast-paced, performance driven environmentsExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsFluency in English.
