Develop, implement, and optimize PCBA, SMT & Box Build processes to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost-efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the assembly process, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in terms of yield, cycle time, and process stability.

Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by manager.
