Production Supervisor

Monitoring production process and output, arranging production schedule and supervising worker.

Check production output according to product specifications.

Manages utilization of plant equipment, facilities, and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and meet key performance targets and objectives.

Improvement of production yield and production efficiency; prevention of equipment downtime.

Trains, develops, guidance and motivate all direct subordinates in the Production Operation Department.
