Overview :
We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead sales growth within the industrial sector. The role focuses on developing and managing key customer relationships, driving business expansion, and delivering tailored energy and power solutions to industrial clients across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closures with customers.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the energy storage, batteries, or industrial solutions sector.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel as required.Requirements
