Base pay range

We are an automotive start-up company founded in Hong Kong in 2018, officially opening in November 2019. During this period, Hong Kong experienced social unrest and the pandemic.

As we grow, and with increasing demand for electric vehicles, we are expanding our team.

We are hiring experienced professionals to help realize our vision.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining the Purchase Order (PO) workflow.
  • Arrange shipping, deliveries, and pickups with FedEx and freight forwarders.
  • Manage inventory, including SKU updates, stock adjustments, and transfers.
  • Maintain and update warranty claims workflows in ClickUp.
  • Support after-sales communication via email, Google Chat, and other platforms.
  • Prepare and record weekly supply chain meeting minutes.
  • Update and manage supply chain contacts and filing systems.
  • Upload new products and maintain product listings in the inventory system.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Admin Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-solver with creative solutions.
  • Self-starter with high resilience.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Chat).
  • Comfortable with change and iterative processes.
  • Experience with project management tools like ClickUp and Airtable.

  • Reliable laptop or desktop.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Power backup and internet backup in case of power outages.
