Job Responsibility

At least 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Basic technical knowledge of production machinery and troubleshooting. Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate operators. Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Willing to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

Supervise daily operations on the production line to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Allocate tasks and guide operators to achieve production targets. Monitor machine performance and ensure minimal downtime, coordinating with maintenance team when needed. Ensure all operators follow standard operating procedures (SOP), safety regulations, and quality standards. Perform basic equipment checks and report any abnormalities or malfunctions. Maintain daily production records and report progress / issues to the Production Supervisor. Support training of new line operators to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
