Process Engineer

Optimize and improve production processes to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency.

Analyze production data to identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with equipment and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.

Develop and execute experiments for new materials, methods, or process improvements.

Prepare and maintain documentation such as process flow charts, FMEA, and control plans.

Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth transition to mass production.

Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles (fresh graduates may also be considered).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of statistical tools, SPC, or DOE will be an added advantage.
