REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and valid practicing certificate (for Lawyer role).
- At least 1 years' experience in conveyancing practice; fresh graduates with chambering experience may be considered.
- Familiarity with HR processes & Employment Law will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital legal / HR systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
Conveyancing Duties
Handle sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, perfection of transfer and charge, tenancy agreements, and related conveyancing matters.Experienced in stamping legal document.Draft, review, and advise on legal documents in compliance with statutory requirements.Liaise with clients, land office, government authorities, and other stakeholders.Conduct legal research and ensure timely completion of transactions.Monitor progress of cases and update clients on status.Human Resources Duties
Assist in recruitment process : job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is complete and up to date.Support onboarding, induction, and training coordination.Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.Carry out tasks and assignments as instructed by the Director.Provide administrative and legal support to ensure smooth daily operations.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
