Live Host

​We are seeking an energetic, engaging, and professional Live Host to represent our brand and products on various live-streaming platforms. The ideal candidate will be a confident and charismatic individual with a passion for connecting with people and driving sales through captivating live content. This role is crucial for our e-commerce and social media strategy, as the Live Host will be the face of our brand, interacting directly with customers in real-time.

​Key Responsibilities :

• ​Host Live Sessions : Conduct daily or regularly scheduled live streams on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and others.
• ​Product Promotion : Introduce, demonstrate, and promote products effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, and how they can be used.
• ​Audience Engagement : Interact with the live audience in real-time by answering questions, responding to comments, and building a rapport with viewers.
• ​Sales Generation : Drive sales by creating a sense of urgency, promoting special offers, and encouraging viewers to make purchases during the live session.
• ​Content Planning : Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and develop engaging and creative content, scripts, and program flows for each live session.
• ​Performance Monitoring : Monitor live session performance, track key metrics like viewership, engagement, and sales, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• ​Stay Informed : Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services to provide accurate and professional advice to customers.
• ​Brand Representation : Uphold the brand's image and values, ensuring all interactions are professional, positive, and on-brand.
• ​Stay on Top of Trends : Be aware of the latest trends on live-streaming platforms and social media to create relevant and timely content.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
