Responsibilities

  • Analyse online transaction patterns to detect anomalies and escalate cases where fraudulent activities are suspected
  • Contact customers to perform transaction verification and update status of investigation outcome
  • Compile information from relevant stakeholders to aid the investigation process
  • Promptly attend to customers' reports on potential cases of financial crimes
  • Identify vulnerabilities in the fraud prevention measures and recommend appropriate process enhancements

Requirements

  • A recognised Degree
  • Experience in cyber fraud analysis is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Required to work on shifts
