QC Assistant

Responsible for overseeing and managing laboratory operations, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the laboratory facility, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role plays a critical role in coordinating resources, implementing processes, and providing leadership to ensure the successful execution of laboratory activities and works closely with scientific and technical personnel, as well as management and external stakeholders, to achieve the laboratory's objectives

Responsibilities :

Sample Preparation & Testing

• Prepare samples for customers, ensuring correct labelling, storage and handling to prevent contamination.
• Prepare food product samples and references for sensory evaluation (including new product and expired product assessments) in accordance with hygiene and safety requirements.
• Perform related testing for product development purposes following approved methods and documenting results accurately.
