Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations such as daily supervising the Team's progress on data entry, AR & AP, CIP & FA, Journals, Reconciliations including support for any query from junior.
Responsible for monthly recurring journal entries such as salaries, utilities estimation, recurring charge-out and cost allocation transaction for costing report.
Working as part of the GL team and responsible for the financial accounting related activities portfolio by managing and leading a team of staff.
Involve in yearly inventory count by leading the team to ensuring accuracy of the company inventory count and working with operation team in resolving inventory discrepancy.
Responsible for monthly closing activities.
Responsible to fiscal year-ended audit inquiries from external auditors.
To perform other duties as assigned from superior from time to time.
Account Payable
Responsible for vendor receiving, Invoice & D / O matching, checking and proper recorded including SAP verification.
Generate accounts payable reports, aging analysis, and other financial reports as required.
Address vendor inquiries and resolve related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
Assist in internal and external audits, providing requested information and supporting documentation.
Housekeeping functions including proper and timely filling, scanning of the documents is up to date.
Collaborate with the inventory management team to coordinate and participate in the year-end stock count process.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing efficiency.
To carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor periodically.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in accounting / finance.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
SAP Experience desirable other ERP system experience can be considered.
Willing to learn and work independent with minimal supervision.
Able to interact with people of all levels.
Detail oriented, team player, pro-active and able to work under tight deadline. Self-driven, motivated, and able to function independently as well as comfortable to work in a team environment.
Preferable Mandarin-speaking candidates as the role require candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
