Senior Conveyancing Lawyer

About the Role

Our client, a well-established conveyancing firm in the Klang Valley, is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Lawyer / Partner to join their KL branch. This is a strategic role with strong growth potential — including a direct partnership track for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

1) Handle end-to-end conveyancing matters (SPA, loan agreements, property transactions)

2) Grow & manage client relationships (developers, bankers, agents, clients)

3) Lead, guide & mentor junior conveyancers and clerks

4) Ensure compliance with Malaysian property law & conveyancing practices

5) Bring in and manage your own conveyancing files (preferred)

What We're Looking For

1) Malaysian Bar admission (Advocate & Solicitor)

2) 5+ years PQE in conveyancing (developer / project SPA experience preferred)

3) Proven ability to bring in files / clients (highly advantageous)

4) Strong leadership & networking skills

5) Open to Malaysian candidates of all races
