About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Admin Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting overall office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing / 工作职责

Accounting Support

  • Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable / receivable, invoices, and payment tracking.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and expense summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company SOPs, and statutory requirements.
  • Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors when necessary.

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office administration, filing, and document control.
  • Handle correspondences, emails, and communications with suppliers, customers, and service providers.
  • Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Operational Coordination

  • Monitor and manage office supplies & procurement processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth finance and operations workflow.
  • Prepare supporting documents for management meetings, reviews, and presentations.
  • Who We're Looking For / 职位要求

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting / administration (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of AUTOCOUNT software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin & English (essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Independent, reliable, and a strong team player.
