We are seeking an exceptional Product Quality Engineering (PQE) Manager to drive the quality strategy for the next generation of Cricut products. In this critical, high-impact role, you will own New Product Introduction (NPI) Quality and Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT) , ensuring our products not only launch successfully but also maintain peak performance at mass production volumes.

This is more than a management role—it's a technical leadership position where you will guide a dedicated team of quality engineers, serve as the vital link between Operations, Product Design, and Engineering across both our US and Asia teams, and be the on-site quality champion.

Responsibilities

You will be the core quality leader, responsible for ensuring design and manufacturing excellence from concept through mass production.
