Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial documents and data.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Requirements :
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an account assistant or similar role is preferred.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Type : Full-time
