Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source and screen potential candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for our clients' needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process
  • Manage assigned project team (planning, supervising, execution) to ensure that it's meeting the client's expectations.
  • Assist with various HR-related tasks, such as workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English in both written and verbal forms
  • The ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
