Penerangan pekerjaanUnderstand client lifestyle, needs, and budget — then match with the right solution. Recommend creative design packages or concepts that excite and convince. Present quotations with supporting visuals and storytelling. Follow up effectively to close deals. Be the friendly face (and voice) clients trust throughout the sales stage. Handle pre-sale objections with empathy and professionalism. Ensure seamless handover to our Project Leaders for execution. Keep track of every lead and deal via CRM. Monitor your own performance, spot improvement points, and share ideas. Be an active contributor in weekly sales & design huddles. Work with a young, dynamic, award-winning design-build team.
