Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeller located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for architecture and MEP projects. Tasks include developing detailed construction drawings, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related software
• Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous
• Relevant industry certifications and prior work experience are beneficial
