ASSISTANT MANAGER, EXPORT

What you\'ll be doing

Manage and grow existing export accounts, building long-term, strategic relationships with key clients Identify and pursue new export opportunities, negotiating and closing deals to expand our global footprint Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfilment of export orders and address any customer queries or concerns Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform product development and enhance our export offering Ensure compliance with export regulations, import laws and trade restrictions Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team to support data-driven decision making Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, dealers and partners What we\'re looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in an export-focused account management or business development role, preferably within the automotive industry Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics and customs procedures Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels Analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to drive business growth Proficiency in English and the local language, as well as any other relevant languages Willingness to travel internationally to meet with customers and attend industry events What we offer
