Position
Content Specialist (Work From Home Gig Work)
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage user-generated content on social media platforms.
Respond to customer queries and comments in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
Escalate sensitive or urgent issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure content adheres to community guidelines and brand standards.
Perform light content moderation and quality checks when required.
Track interactions and prepare simple reports or updates if needed.
Job Requirements
Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Strong written communication skills in English and / or Malay
Must have stable internet fibre connectivity
Own device with minimum 8GB RAM , processor from 2017 and above
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to commit to the full duration of the project
Job Type
Gig Work (2-month contract)
Work Days : 4 days a week (8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM)
Off Days : 3 days per week
Salary
Basic : RM1,800 / month
