Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years working experience .
- Skilled in social media platforms : Facebook, Instagram, TikTok .
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot).
- Comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
- Strong interest in content creation and brand storytelling.
- Able to work independently and in a team with a sense of responsibility and deadlines.
- Proactive and full of ideas in marketing-related tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and scheduling engaging social media content.Create visual and video content (educational, promotional, behind-the-scenes).Manage social media accounts (posting, basic comment / inbox replies).Participate in external marketing events (roadshows, booths, collaborations).Analyse and report on content performance and engagement.Support the founder in day-to-day marketing and communication tasks.Benefits
