Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media strategy
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, and SMM
  • Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting, and TikTok Insights
  • Creative and skilled in using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar content tools
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities in English and Malay
  • Able to multitask, manage deadlines, and work both independently and in a team
  • Comfortable engaging with influencers, corporate clients, and event audiences
  • Proactive, organized, and open to feedback with a problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels
  • Plan and produce creative content including photo, video, and copywriting for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
  • Manage live sessions and product promotion activities online and offline
  • Handle SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and SMM (Social Media Marketing) to increase brand visibility
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertisements (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
  • Conduct A / B testing, analyze campaign data, and report on marketing performance
  • Represent the brand at roadshows, pop-up stores, and promotional events
  • Pitch and present brand / artiste collaborations to corporate partners and sponsors
  • Prepare business proposals and manage partnerships with influencers, vendors, and collaborators
  • Monitor marketing budget and deliver campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Support seasonal product launches and provide market insights for continuous improvement
