What You Will Do

• Manage the multi‑country payroll processing for Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia in accordance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as liaison with third‑party payroll service vendors for selected regions.
• Perform financial closing, accruals and account analysis for payroll‑related transactions.
• Handle expatriates tax compliance with professional tax service providers.
• Coordinate with the shared‑service organization (CBS) for employees’ claim reimbursements and ensure full compliance with company policy.
• Perform a standard set of internal control procedures including SOX assessment for the regions’ payroll processes.
• Collect and provide requested information for internal and external stakeholders, including labor ministry & local authorities’ audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
