Strong in coordination, communication, and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Ideally has some exposure to architecture or design-related industries (but not required to be an architect) Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and data systems Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field (Architecture / Design background is a plus). At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. What You’ll Do
- Meet clients to discuss the objectives and requirements of the job;
- Interpret the client's business needs and develop creative concept to suit their purpose;
- Estimate the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
- Coordinate timelines and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients
- Organize and host meetings, prepare notes, and follow up on action items
- Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate clearly with clients to confirm project details, address issues, and relay feedback to the team
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate project documentation
