Job Description

  • Planner in SMT line scheduling for Scope2 and PS and other accounts that assign from time to time
  • Backup planner for AIVI2 and Nissan Kai or other models that assign from time to time
  • Monthly SMT Capacity Planning and execution
  • Monthly discussion with LOG and MOE3&MOE2 for Capacity discussion and loading
  • Leads SMT Planning and Scheduling group
  • Main driver for SMT leveling projects.
  • Follow up on the daily SMT production output
  • Track stock level of inventory / semi completed / holding in WIP / staging area.
  • Prepare daily report required from time to time. (eg : production tracking report).
  • Coordination to solve problems that related to SMT planning
  • Take lead and initiate for process improvement
  • Lead in MOE1 projects improvement and system CIP eg pull system and system planning
  • Any other task as assign by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or Accounting.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SMT planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, particularly in planning modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve planning-related issues effectively.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to continuous improvement and optimization projects.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Malay
