Job Responsibilities :

Business Transformation & Finance Projects

  • Drive and implement finance transformation initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic goals (e.g. forecasting improvement, standardisation, digitalisation, cost visibility).
  • Lead or support deployment of finance tools such as SAP S / 4 HANA, ATS enhancements, MR new methodology in partnership with IT and business units.
  • Challenge status quo and identify opportunities to simplify and improve core FP&A and reporting processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and IT to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
  • Track and report benefits and KPIs of transformation initiatives.

Group FP&A Activities

  • Support monthly group reporting, analysis, and commentary for senior leadership.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across Midstream, Downstream & Group Reporting
  • Prepare high-quality dashboards, financial models, and business presentations.
  • Partner with BU finance & Shared Service teams to improve reporting, budgeting & forecasting process

    • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CA / CPA / MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or consulting roles.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S / 4 HANA implementation
  • Exposure to financial planning systems (e.g., SAP BPC, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
