This job is about helping customers with Tencent Cloud products by answering their questions and fixing basic technical issues. You might like this job because you get to communicate with people and solve problems every day!

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for technical support on Tencent Cloud products
Handle incoming tickets via phone, live chat, and ticket
Troubleshoot basic issues related to CVM, COS, VPC, CLB, etc.
Escalate unresolved cases to second-line teams
Maintain high customer satisfaction and timely response
Document cases and contribute to internal knowledge base
