We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team at ZIP-ZIP LUXURYCARE SDN BHD in Nibong Tebal, Penang. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for natural therapies and alternative medicine to contribute to the smooth running of our thriving clinic.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and treatments.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments.
- Register patients, manage appointments, and handle patient records.
- Monitor and guide patients before and after treatment.
- Handle administrative tasks including billing, stock management, and documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, infection control, and compliance with clinic procedures.
- Provide basic patient care and customer service support.
