Precision Control Sdn Bhd is looking for a Maintenance & Security Officer

Job Scope

• Patrolling PC Group works on premises both internally and externally to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors.
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises.
• Report irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Call the police or the fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or the presence of unauthorized persons.
• Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information when necessary.
• Monitor and inspect the maintenance schedule of office equipment and pet control.
• Assist with minor repairs to the defects of the building, as and when required.
• Perform all other duties, activities, and responsibilities that may be assigned by a superior whenever necessary from time to time.
