Job Purpose
To uphold and enforce the organization's integrity, governance, and compliance framework by ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the company's reputation and promoting a culture of honesty, accountability, and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor integrity and compliance policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct investigations on misconduct, fraud, bribery, or any violations of integrity-related policies.
- Provide advisory support to management and employees on ethical practices and compliance requirements.
- Perform risk assessments related to integrity and propose preventive measures.
- Manage integrity reporting channels (e.g., whistleblowing hotline) and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to promote integrity awareness through training and communication.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management and regulatory bodies (if required).
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to integrity and ethics.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in integrity, compliance, audit, risk management, or related areas (for Assistant Manager and above).Strong knowledge of anti-corruption laws, governance frameworks, and compliance best practices.Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Job Type : Full-time
