Your new role

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial business models to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk analysis for potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Manage and oversee joint venture projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Perform feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of new business initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic planning and business development efforts.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Travel regionally as required to manage and support various projects.
• Lead corporate finance initiatives, including capital raising, financial structuring, and investment analysis.
• Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Evaluate and optimize the company's capital structure and funding strategies.
