Job Description

As Assistant – Admin & HR, you will support in day-to-day administrative and HR operations.

  • Assisting in daily office administrative tasks as well as assisting with human resources functions.
  • Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone organized, detail-oriented, and confidential in handling sensitive matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, with or without working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of payroll software is a plus
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Meticulous, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential information
  • Proactive, efficient, and a team player with strong communication skills.

    Mon-Fri ; Alternate Sat (1 / 2 day)
