Key Responsibilities

To formulate and execute sales strategies and action plans in order to achieve sales budget. To build, develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and key opinion leaders. To initiate, assist and participate in product demonstrations and introduction of new technologies. To technically support and attend the clinical cases. To organize and support account training programs (in-service) as required. To gather and provide market intelligence for existing and future planning. To exercise Company policies, procedures and protocols. To produce reports on current and future business plans for Senior management. To assist in billing and collection related documents and refunds if applicable. Handling consignment products that are available at designated territory. Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

Possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Bio Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, Nursing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in the Medical Device Industry or related fields are encourage to apply. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaya is essential. Possess a vehicle with a valid driving license. Must be comfortable in the operating theatre environment. Must be willing to travel overseas and in domestic areas as and when required. Willing to travel for conferences / workshops. Able to work after office hours and weekends (on-call as per required). Strong team player. Good interpersonal skills. Fully vaccinated for covid-19.
