As a Relationship Development Manager at OCBC, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing tailored financial solutions and expert advice to help them grow their wealth.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and tailored financial solutions.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and develop comprehensive financial plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts, including investment specialists, wealth planners, and credit specialists, to deliver integrated financial solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growing your portfolio and contributing to the growth of our private banking business.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and developments, ensuring that your knowledge and expertise are always current and relevant.

Who You Are

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business.
  • At least 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and services, including investment, credit, and wealth planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • A professional certification, such as CFP or CFA, is highly desirable.
