About the Role
We are representing one of our clients who is - setting up a Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Kuala Lumpur and looking for an experienced Business & Performance Manager to lead performance management, service delivery monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor SSC KPIs and performance reports.
- Analyze variances and drive corrective actions to improve service delivery.
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure accurate service chargebacks.
- Support SSC budgeting, forecasting, and P&L variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Manage internal customer relationships and ensure SSC services meet business requirements.
- Oversee team recruitment, training, and performance development.
- Support ERP system upgrades and operational projects.
Requirements
Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent experience in senior performance management roles.Minimum 5 years experience in controlling, performance management, or business analysis.SSC or BPO experience managing performance and reporting.Proficiency in ERP systems (IFS preferred) and MS Office.Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.Leadership experience in managing teams and working with senior stakeholders.Ability to manage projects and lead operational changes.Additional Information
