Positive attitude, with a customer‑centric approach. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights. Willing to work at Ampang Point Mall.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
- Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods efficiently during stock arrivals and placement.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products as needed.
- Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
- Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.
- Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.
