Penerangan pekerjaanExcellent English and fluent in Burmese (reading & writing) Clear speech in both languages with proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions Malaysian Nationals and Thais / Permanent residents with sound knowledge of both languages Ability to work from home for 9 hours anytime within the scheduled shift (shift between 8pm – 8am for Malaysians, 7pm - 7am for Thais, inclusive of a 1-hour break) Own a home internet connection (stable, minimum 5MB download and 1MB upload speed) Own a mobile phone (Android version 6 or above, or iOS 12 or above) Willing to work permanent night shifts, including public holidays and weekends Salary : RM 30 per hour (~RM 5200 per month, Thai Baht will be converted) Benefits include EPF, SOCSO, 12 days annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave, medical coverage, and insurance Entitled to 2 rotating days off per week Public holidays and off days as per the served country (US) Paid replacement leaves Answer calls promptly and interpret in a friendly, professional manner Render accurate concepts and meanings following established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation and polite expressions Maintain professionalism throughout the call Be punctual and available during scheduled work hours Follow client instructions and protocol to meet client expectations, avoiding interaction with LEP without permission Purely interpretation (English to native language and vice versa) No escalation handling or resolution providing; contact @ for inquiries
