• Write thoughtful tests and maintain clear, meaningful pull requests.
• Utilize AI tools effectively to streamline repetitive tasks and boost productivity.
• Keep multi-portal codebases maintainable by extracting common patterns into reusable packages and improving developer ergonomics.
• Champion consistency and best practices across the engineering team.
